APRIL DOBBINS ("Greetings from Lesotho") moved to Philadelphia in 2001 and stayed for six years (Odunde weekend won her over). Philly will always be her second home. She is a member of the Rittenhouse Writers Group and her work has appeared in Writer Blocks and Sojourner: The Women's Forum. Her obsession with southern Africa began with a postcard from Lesotho; she has since traveled through South Africa, Namibia. "Greetings from Lesotho" won the Philadelphia City Paper's twenty-first Anual Fiction Writing Contest.
