JAIME LEON LIN-YU ("We Are Pomegranates, We Are Apples") spent her college years riding the R5 into Philadelphia, getting late night meals at the South Street Diner, watching fireworks at Penn's Landing, seeing movies at the Ritz, eating cheese steaks at Gino's or Pat's (depending on which line was shorter), running up the art museum steps Rocky-style, and dating boys from UPenn. She has served as fiction editor for 580 Split and written for AsianAvenue.com, Seattle Weekly, MetroKids, and York Daily Dispatch. She lives in New Jersey with her husband.
