Phyllis Carol Agins
PHYLLIS CAROL AGINS ("Black and White") has long found inspiration in Philadelphia. Two novels, short stories and essays, a children's book, and an architectural study of synagogues and churches along Old York Road were published during her years here. Lately, she divides her time between Center City and Nice, France, adding the Mediterranean rhythms to those of Fairmont Park.
